Stobhill Link is committed to social engagement with the Local Community. To this end we are organizing groups and activities which support people to enjoy a more fulfilled, healthy, life. Some of our activities are aimed at improving resident’s economic situation through advice and our employment resource project. In difficult economic times every little bit helps, so we are developing a uniform bank which will help stretch the family budget and a community pantry to tide people over in challenging times.
We also recognize there is a need to support older residents combat social isolation. We are looking at way in which we can support people either by arranging activities or by guiding people towards groups of interest that already exist.
Here are the activities we are currently running or in the planning stage.
